Roles we are hiring for:
Assistant Club Manager of Perishables: The AMIT role prepares individuals to assume one of three Assistant Club Manager positions: Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience. The trainee will receive focused development and experience aligned to their designated track and will ultimately oversee the corresponding departments. Ensures consistent execution of policies and procedures, a positive member service experience, Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standard club conditions, and provides overall leadership and direction within the club.
Closing Manager: Provides leadership during closing operations, ensuring the club is safe, clean, fully stocked, and meeting GOLD standards. Oversees the Assistant Closing Manager, Recovery, and Utility teams, drives member satisfaction, ensures policy and food safety compliance, supports audits, and serves as Manager on Duty.
Assistant Closing Manager: Supports the Closing Manager by directing Recovery and Utility teams, maintaining club standards, ensuring a smooth and efficient close, and delivering strong member service. Assists with policy compliance, GOLD standards, and Manager on Duty responsibilities.
Assistant Night Manager: Leads the overnight team to ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and merchandised to GOLD standards. Drives overnight productivity, supports team development, ensures the club is member ready each morning, and serves as Manager on Duty when needed.
Receiving Inventory Control Supervisor (RICS): Supervises receiving operations, verifies incoming merchandise, processes paperwork, checks for damages or shortages, and ensures accurate inventory. Maintains compliance with receiving policies and operational standards.
Asset Protection Supervisor (APS): Oversees safety, security, and inventory control. Leads inventory counts, shrink reduction efforts, theft deterrence, and safety programs. Ensures accurate inventory processes and maintains a safe environment for members and team members.
Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor (Omni Supervisor): Leads the Omni team and manages all digital fulfillment operations, including BOPIC, Curbside, Same Day Delivery, Express Pay, and ShipfromClub. Ensures efficient workflows, policy compliance, accurate order processing, and a seamless digital member experience.
Tire Sales & Installation Supervisor: Manages tire bay operations, including tire sales, installation, and repairs. Supervises tire bay team members, ensures safety and service quality, and maintains compliance with tire bay policies and procedures.
Membership Sales: Drives membership growth through acquisition, renewals, upgrades, and loyalty program sales. Handles returns, exchanges, pickups, and general member service needs while delivering an excellent member experience.
