Our Patient Access Assistants are the first point of contact for our patients and visitors and perform registration duties within the hospital and clinic. This role requires independent analysis exercise of judgment and detailed knowledge of facility procedures related to the work performed. You will be responsible for verifying patient and insurance information scheduling appointments obtaining and identifying information necessary to produce billable patient accounts and more!/ppSchedule: Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Long Prairie Clinic Hospital/ppVarious 8-hour shifts between 6:00 am 9:00 pm/ppEvery 3rd weekend | Rotating holidays/ppPay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at 18.28 per hour and increases with experience/ppPay range: 17.00 - 25.54 per hour/ppFull-time benefits: medical dental PTO retirement employee discounts and more!/ppQualifications: Minimum of 1 year clerical administrative or customer service experience -OR- 1 year of prior scheduling billing patient access accounts receivable and/or collections experience/ppCentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
