As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol - Full Time in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing an engaging presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and offer outstanding customer service and communication. What Youll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the protection of people and property.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards within the food and beverage processing location and report findings as required.
Document incidents, observations, and/or actions taken during patrols and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide information and assistance as required.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
