We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to lead the planning, design, and optimization of network infrastructure. This role will drive enterprise-wide improvements by aligning network systems with strategic business objectives, contributing to security, performance, and scalability goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience: 12+ years in network engineering across infrastructure environments
• Licensure/Certifications: Strong working knowledge of networking protocols and enterprise platforms

Preferred:

• Education: Masters degree in a related discipline
• Experience: Enterprise-level experience with Cisco Data Center Routing & Switching (including ACI); familiarity with Ansible, Palo Alto, and F5 platforms
• Certifications: CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative leadership for network planning, architecture design, and feasibility analysis (30%)
• Oversee design and performance evaluation of complex network systems; recommend resource and infrastructure strategies (35%)
• Implement and maintain security protocols to prevent system attacks and support disaster recovery efforts (15%)
• Stay current on technology trends; recommend tools and enhancements to improve system performance (10%)
• Lead technical support personnel and provide solution architecture input across departments (5%)
• Manage vendor relationships and guide large-scale system procurement decisions (5%)
