W2 Engagement. The rate reflects a W2 engagement. Locations: Remote - NYC, San Jose, CA, Austin, TX preferred. We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer with a strong foundation in presentation design, illustration, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll turn complex ideas into visually compelling narratives that drive strategic impact. Your work will be seen by senior leadership and external audiences, shaping how our brand is communicated across critical touchpoints. This role offers both creative autonomy and strategic relevance, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and business storytelling. Key Activities & Deliverables:

• Design clear, engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines and elevate messaging.
• Translate abstract or technical ideas into visual narratives using illustration, layout, and storytelling.
• Develop and maintain templates, asset libraries, and reusable design systems for consistency and scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide feedback, uphold design standards, and help evolve presentation workflows and best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand expression through presentations and other communication formats.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in visual, communication, or presentation design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design, illustration, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Expertise in crafting visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations using PowerPoint, with a strong command of layout, animation, and visual hierarchy.
• Illustration & Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate tech & product concepts into engaging visuals through custom illustration, infographics, and narrative-driven design elements that enhance clarity and emotional impact.
• Strong hands-on skills for creating and refining assets, templates, and design systems used in presentations with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Motion/animation experience.
• Exposure to brand strategy or copywriting.
• Workshop or ideation facilitation experience.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design.
• Experience in fast-paced or tech-driven environments.
